  • Add some yogurt in a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon powder on the yogurt. Mix well.
  • Add the soaked chia seeds to the yogurt. Then add organic sugar-free granola and your favorite trio mix product that contains a mix of coconuts, raw chocolate and raisins.
  • Cut the fresh strawberries into random chunks and add into the yogurt along with some blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

  • Soak chia seeds in a cup filled with 3-4 teaspoons of water.
  • Take organic porridge oats, almond milk and water, ¾ cup each. Add the ingredients into a cooking pan.
  • Place the pan on high heat and then turn the heat down after 30 seconds. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • After the porridge is prepared, add soaked chia seeds, one tablespoon flax seeds, a handful of raisins and sprinkle some cinnamon.
  • Add berries of your choice and enjoy the meal!

Rye Bread & Avocado With Poached Egg: Breakfast Idea for Kids

  • Cut the avocado into half, scoop it out from the peel and mash it nicely.
  • Take a cooking pot filled with boiling water and keep stirring using a spoon. With the water flushing in circulatory motion in the pot add an egg right in the middle and leave it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Toast the Rye bread, spread the mashed avocado and place the poached egg right on the top. You’re power breakfast is now ready to be served!
