How to Make a Zinger Burger

To prepare scrumptiously tempting zinger burgers at home, you don’t need to be a gourmet chef. Follow this simple step by step tutorial on how to make a zinger burger at home to make a super-easy and delicious zinger burger.

Ingredients

  •      Corn flavor
  •      All-purpose flour
  •      Rice flour
  •      Cheese
  •      Buns
  •      Tomato
  •      Iceberg leaves
  •      Mayonnaise
  •      Egg
  •      Garlic paste
  •      White pepper
  •      Black pepper
  •      Vinegar
  •      Baking powder
  •      Red chili
  •      Salt
  •      Milk
  •      Chicken Breast piece

How to Make it

Take a bowl and add vinegar, garlic paste, red chili, white pepper and salt in it. After mixing well, dip the breast pieces into the mixture and keep them aside for half an hour. For the chicken coating, add corn flour, rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, red chili and black pepper into another bowl and mix the ingredients together.

Take two eggs in another bowl and stir well after adding two tablespoons of milk. Now dip the seasoned chicken piece into the egg mix and then cover with the flour mix that you prepared. To make it crispier, repeat the same procedure. Do the same with the other chicken pieces and they’re ready to cook.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up. Carefully place the chicken pieces into the pot and deep fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Flip the pieces and cook the other side for 5 to 6 minutes as well. Make sure the chicken pieces turn into a golden brown color.

To prepare the burger, spread mayonnaise on the bun and place the fried chicken breast piece. Add a slice of cheese (whichever one you prefer), a slice of tomato and some iceberg.
