How To: Diet

Never skip breakfast:
It gives you energy and focus. And makes sure you eat less snacks during the rest of the day.
Try something new:
By varying in your food, you’ll discover new tastes or different ways of eating. And let’s be honest, who wants to be bored?
Keep on moving:
Run, jump, swim, cycle or dance. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you move!
Add colour to your diet:
By adding colour you can make sure you get all the nutrients you need.
Drink water:
If you replace your soda or fruit juices by water regularly you ditch the sugar and get more energy
Eat more fibre:
By adding more fibre to your diet you’ll be satisfied longer and your intestines will be happy too.
Enjoy your food:
Sit down and taste how good, delicious, special or nice it can be!
